Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the purchasing activities from sourcing, price negotiation, vendor selection and stock management on daily F&B non-food items
• Provide massive analysis support in procurement and inventory management planning activities
• Liaise with frontline restaurant on stock ordering & maintain the purchasing database and records
• Work closely with key internal users & liaise with factories for production schedule & quality checking

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in purchasing and supply related discipline
• 3-5 years relevant experience in F&B industry
• Knowledge on inventory system, ERP or equivalent
• Strong communication and negotiation skill with positive attitudes
• Hands-on experience of MS Office
• More experience can be considered as Sr Purchasing Officer

• Salary: 17 - 23K
