Responsibilities:
a. Develop food process in accordance with client's needs
b. Prepare process engineering documents such as PFD, P&ID, Layout, Equipment List &Data Sheets
c. Work with estimators for process cost/budget
d. Coordinate the interface between process and facility engineering
e. Assist with prequalifying vendors, installation and start-up

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other equivalents
b. 6 years' food process engineering work experiences, including at least 4 years with domestic class A design companies
c. Familiar with codes and regulations in Food Industry
d. Knowledge of GMP requirements
e. Knowledge of US specifications preferred but not required
f. Good command of English in writing and speaking
