Food Science University Guest Lecturer

Job Description:
1. University Location: Qufu City,Shandong Province,China
2. Teaching Major: Food Science and Engineering
3. Course Information is as below: The lecturer will be expected to teach following two courses at Jining University for 6 weeks from 3rd Nov 2025 to Mid-Dec 2025(Autumn 2025 semester).

Course Name& Class Hour (1 teaching hour = 45mins)
2023 Cohort:
①Food Vegetable Productions--32 hours offline
②Chemical, Physical and Sensory Analysis of Food --48 hours offline

Job Details:
1.Mode of Instruction: Mainly Onsite(a part of will be online)
2.Materials and PPT : The teacher needs to recommend and choose related materials by self , PPT needs to be created by the teacher based on the outline provided.
3.Time Duration: 3rd Nov 2025 to Mid-Dec 2025
4. Teaching Load: 18 to 20 teaching hours/week,
5. Teaching Payment: ¥600 RMB (around 80 dollars )per class hour (tax included)
6. Accommodation : Provided ,on the campus.
7.Flight Tickets : Provided ,one round trip in economy class.

Expectations for Qualified Candidates:
①　Italian nationality teachers will be considered first since this is a Sino-Italian cooperated University Program.
②　Qualified candidates should have at least the Master’s Degree, majoring in Food Science or related etc.
③　Qualified candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in education or related subject and course teaching .
④ Candidates with PHD degree in Food Science will be preferred .
⑤ Candidates with fluent and standard English accent will be preferred.
