The Role

We are seeking part-time, casual food and beverage experts to join our newly opened restaurant, Bistro Manly. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Bistro Manly is a casual rather than formal hotel dining and drinking experience and draws on an eclectic chic French coastal feel - playful and bold. Our vision is to bring a modern cooking style with twists on French cuisine utilizing seafood and seasonal products.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and engaging food and beverage service is provided to all guests
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service
• Maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies
• Maintain currency of RSA certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles
• Potential exposure to cashiering by ensuring revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities

• Available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands
