Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the over-all operations of the F&B Division and implement policies and procedures including compliance of company standards relating to quality of products and services.
  • Responsible for the P&L and Budget of the F&B Division.
  • Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging colleagues to continuously deliver the best possible service to our guests.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 6 to 10 years of international luxury hotel and fine dining  work experience with a strong general operational knowledge and a minimum of 3 to 6 years in a senior management leadership role.
  • Proven organization skills including time management, managing large scale operations and multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
  • Creativity and advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the F&B/Hospitality profession.
