We are seeking passionate and driven individual to take on the role of Food & Beverage Manager to lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

 

We are looking for an experienced and hands Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our Food & Beverage division across the Novotel Hotel at a time when we are building the brand. This includes, The Stampton, The Pantry and the Conferencing & Events. The core purpose of this role is to be responsible for planning, directing, controlling and coordinating all Food & Beverage activities and outlets to ensure the smooth running and profitability of the departments and with a strong lead by example attitude, develop our team members and drive them to success. 

 

As the leader of your department, you are passionate about food, wines, customer service and enjoy seeking out the latest insights into the food and beverage trends. People see you as extremely professional, personable and a natural leader who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. You lead by example and always motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service even under pressure. You will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and dare to take risks to drive improvement and change. You will have high energy levels, a strategic outlook and a confident management style that inspires and brings out the best in your fellow teammates.

• Show minimum 3 years previous supervisory experience in a hospitality/hotel environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of Food and Beverage outlets and stock management
• Provide leadership and the ability to train others in a supportive way
• Show excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
• Have sound computer skills, including Outlook and Excel, POS systems
