Team members at this boutique Art Series Hotel on Flemington Road, The Larwill, are always smiling! They are surrounded by gorgeous greenery inside the restaurant and the beautiful parklands and view of Melbourne's CBD outside. The hotel is decorated with the colourful and whimsical art of David Larwill, brightening the day of everybody that walks through. This property is perfectly located less than 2km from the city, easily accessible by trams and a stone throw away from landmarks such as the Melbourne Zoo and the University of Melbourne.

As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:
•    Be confident in your ability to help customers and have excellent communication skills
•    Assist both front and back of house in day to day operations
•    Lead a team during service periods   
•    Assist the Restaurant Manager with additional administrative duties 
•    Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service
•    Perform cash off duties at the end of each service period
•    Always present yourself in a put-together, professional manner while retaining a high regard for personal grooming

What we are looking for:
•    Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous  
•    Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
•    A valid RSA
•    Exceptional organisation and communicative skills 
•    Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
