We are currently looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team!

Reporting to the Hotel Duty Managers and the Food and Beverage Supervisor, this is a hands on and fast-paced role that will see you supporting our Food & Beverage team across The Croft House, in room dining and conferencing.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests
  • Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations
  • Liaise with guests and Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to
  • Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.
  • Assisting in training the new team members
  • Set up and pack down of events/conference rooms and coordination on the day when required
  • Coordination of cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, and utensils and other materials and equipment
  • Handling guest enquiries and complaints witha guest focused solution and escalate where required
  • Be knowledgeable of and operate within the outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies

Specific Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being a true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
