Job Function: Product Manager-Footwear
Country/Location: China/Shanghai
Reports To: General Manager

Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for strengthening the footwear team with R&D service, including footwear range building based on running trends, inspiration and market research;
? Work closely with key buyers from Europe and local suppliers to understand footwear market requirements and trends, customer’s unmet needs and behaviors;
? Assist in determining footwear product construction and process required to meet performance criteria at the lowest manufacturing cost;
? Influence footwear product/solution offering roadmap activities based on a strong
understanding of market and customer dynamics;
? Create and maintain footwear market intelligence material, including collect and analyze
competitor information, market requirements and industrial changes;
? Understand footwear product design, quality and technical requirements, help in resolving issues required to bring products to market while working with sourcing and technical team;
? Bringing novelties (market research, fair, trend websites etc )

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree is required;
? Minimum 5 years working experience in big buying house/trader specialized in footwear in design division – preferably;
? Very good knowledge of English;
? Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to frequent travels, graphic programs and presentation skills desired and appreciated;
