DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Developing production strategy of his/her Product line collection

2. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams

3. Monitoring the sample, production schedule and ETD

Checking fitting and confirmation sample for confirmed orders

4. Manage factory’s production space and performance situation

5. Manage material situation and order production status

6. Quality control in the course of production as well as finished product

7. Governing the adherence to company regulations and requirements e.g. Normative (CTW, CPSIA etc.) , Corporate

8. Maintaining the production system , such as SIT, PMT and WQS

9. Giving proposal on process improvement

POSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

• 6 years or above solid experiences in shoes production and development
• Familiar with factory operation and management
• Good technical knowledge of slipper construction and process
• Good organization and communication skills and sense of responsibilities
• Knowledge of testing laboratory system
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Office and professional computer skills
