Key Accountabilities:

• Managing the sample quality and quantity. Ensure trackable sample process according to the timelines. Complete readiness of technical package for production steps moving forward;
• Liaising among Developer, Production Responsible, Head office and factories to solve technical issues, taking into account the type of product to ensure the end result in terms of aesthetics and comfort.
• Checking the prototype of development sample, such as construction and paper pattern, give technical support to design team.

Monitoring the quality of development sample.

• Checking 37# fitting sample , confirmation sample , full size grading sample and die test sample, and give necessary technical support to factory to meet up the ETD deadline inquiry.
• Checking manufacturing process, ensure the high quality of production.
• Ensuring the completeness of technical pack for mass production
• Giving support and provide instructions to technician in brands / areas
• Corporate Social Responsibilities and Code of Conduct;

Selection Critiria:

• Proven records in worldwide famous footwear companies;
• Over 9 years of professional experience in similar position;
• Good English, both written and spoken;
• Proactive and adaptable;
