Special A IVY Tree (SAIT) is a program helping high school students plan and prepare for their applications to top universities in America. Our focus is to not only help students successfully apply to the colleges that are most suitable to their own personal interests, but also to help them better understand their own goals for the future, so that they are ready to confront challenges in future colleges as early as possible. We are looking for consultants with strong passion in mentorship and education. The job requires rich knowledge on American higher education, excellent communication skills with students, and creativity in activity planning. This person will report to the director of the SAIT program.

Responsibilities

1. Provide consulting services to high school students who are applying to American universities.

2. Assist students to plan their academic and test schedules, extracurricular activities and application process.

3. Provide effective advice in seminars on the students’ American college application process.

4. Provide the proof-reading, essay polishing, and interview service to our students

5. Develop and innovate new components to the program based on the market needs.

6. Travel to various cities and branches across China to give marketing lectures introducing SAIT.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above. (US Top15 Liberal Arts College or Ivy League graduates preferred)

2. Native English speaker.

3. Passion for mentorship and education.

4. Knowledge of American higher education and the application process of top universities.

5. Outstanding leadership, creativity, planning ability and executive force.

6. Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.

7. Strong public speaking ability.

8. Time management skills and multi-tasking ability.

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
