Foreign Academic and Management Director JD：

 Assist campus principle to achieve teaching, enrollment objectives.
 Course and teaching materials design for different teaching programs, and hand over to campus principles to approve.
 Responsible for allocation of foreign teacher resources based on different teaching projects within three campuses; involved in foreign teacher hiring and responsible for foreign teacher training.
 Monitor and coach the foreign teachers’ daily，weekly teaching plans according to the Avenue Green education system designed by the campus principles. To formulate teaching quality evaluation standards for foreign teachers ，conduct monthly teaching qualities evaluation for foreign teachers and arrange general evaluation by every 6 months.
 Assist the marketing department in formulating enrollment and school brand promotion plans, including but not limited to text-making, school open days or festival celebration activities designing and planning.
