Job Description:
1. Work with senior architect for urban design, building concept design, schematic design bidding, and development design stage work;
2. Design small scale buildings' facade, plan, section independently;
3. Do analysis drawing, presentation booklet in a good quality;
4. Cooperate with Chief Architect or project director to carry out design and relevant work and report to them.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in architecture or above;
2. 1-2 years working experiences of architect (working experiences in famous design institute/ famous foreign design agency are preferred);
3. Having excellent concept creation ability, persistant pursuit of architectural art, quick mind, strong presentation ability;
4. sufficient at professional software as CAD, Sketchup etc;
5. Active team player, willing to communication with colleagues and customers;
6. excellent professional English/French is preferred.
