Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality teaching sessions for offline members, including trial classes, group classes, and personal training.
2. Provide professional martial arts knowledge services to members: answer questions, customize training plans, and track members’ progress.
3. Manage the sales process for trial clients: receive and assess trial customers, conduct follow-ups and negotiations, and achieve a high conversion rate.
4. Develop and refine course content to ensure professional and effective teaching for members.
5. Maintain the club’s environment and equipment, including managing training props and ensuring cleanliness.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as the media team, to assist in video shoots, events, and other tasks.
7. As a potential store manager candidate, you will be responsible for training and managing the coaching team, overseeing daily operations, and leading the team to achieve targets.

Job Requirements:

1. Professional martial arts skills with formal training and a strong record in provincial-level or above competitions.
2. Experience in Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, or BJJ, with awards from within or outside the national sports system.
3. Excellent communication skills, clear expression, and strong comprehension.
4. Good moral character, no unhealthy habits, and no criminal record.
5. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and diligent work ethic.
