Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the foreign academic program for a foreign cooperation school.
2. Manage academic and non-academic staff performance.
3. Manage budget and financial outcomes.
4. Manage student feedback and improve the student experience through continuous improvement activities.
5. Train staff on best practice foreign teaching pedagogies.
6. Operationalise the strategic plans of the school


Key Selection Criteria

1. A Masters degree or higher in education or a related discipline.
2. Fluent in English and a working knowledge of Chinese mandarin.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of education legislative compliance.
4. Experience is leading and managing academic teams.
5. Expertise is high level representations and report writing.
6. Deep understanding of the Chinese education system.

Salary Package: 30000-38000 RMB per month
