About the job:

We are a housing company that provides housing to top tier executives in Beijing. Once these people have arrived in China, Beijing your job is to let them become familiar with the city, from showing the neighborhood, hospitals, schools, banks, offices and more.
Only foreigners are accepted for now as we label our program: "Expat to Expat", thus having foreigners share their own experience with our clients, thus because of the nature of the assignment we prefer female candidates. The ideal candidate will have lived in Beijing for a while, knows the in-and-outs of the city, can speak bilingual Mandarin and English, with additional plus for German speakers.

Requirements:

- Foreigner (Female preferred but not a must)
- Native or near native English, with secondary language abilities preferred:
Chinese (Mandarin) and German fluency highly preferred.
- At least a year on Beijing, more preferred and highly familiar with the city
- Bachelor Degree and above + 2 years of work experience if work visa is required
- Good people skills, patient, presentable, able to multitask and keep a schedule
