Candidate requirements
Our Foreign Customer Service Assistant will directly assist and provide support to our Customer Service Consultant. The successful candidate will complete and update communication templates, knowledge base articles for several websites, and other related tasks. Over time, the candidate will take part in reviewing and evaluating customer service replies of Customer Service staff.
*Native English Speaker or a Western person with an English major
*Strong English writing abilities
*Customer-orientated with a friendly, patient and positive character
*Highly organized and efficient in managing and prioritizing workload
*Strong communication skills especially in written format
*Proficient in the use of MS Office package
*Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy)
*Open-minded and willing to learn and succeed in a Chinese working environment together with both Chinese and Western staff
*2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, customer care and key accounts
Main responsibilities and tasks
Reviewing the quality of communication between Customer Service Representatives and customers on diverse range of forums, Facebook pages, Livechat and other key CRM channels
Creating and updating relevant FAQ content for our customers
Writing email templates for our broad and extensive range of websites Assisting, reporting problems to and offering constructive suggestions to the Foreign CS Consultant
Any other tasks requested by management
