Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management of the foreign teacher team and building a high-quality and stable foreign teacher team;
2. Assist the principal to carry out kindergarten operation and management, assist in formulating and improving the implementation details of international kindergarten rules and regulations. Coordinate and supervise the cultural construction in the kindergarten;
3. Responsible for the training management of the foreign teaching team to ensure that the plan is formulated reasonably and the implementation is effective;
4. Coordinate the management of teaching, research and academic affairs to ensure the quality of kindergarten international culture courses and the parent satisfaction rate is more than 90%;
5. Assist in marketing activities and communication with parents, formulate and hold briefing sessions on bilingual courses in kindergartens, and cope with parents’ inquiries and complaints about foreign teachers’ classes;

Requirements:

1. More than 8 years of working experience in the education industry;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in preschool education is preferred;
3. Possess a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate and a principal qualification;
4. Good English communication and expression skills, and experience in English teacher/foreign teacher management;
5. Applicants with experience in international kindergarten management will be given priority;
6. Under 45 years old;
