Position Details
• Title: Foreign English Language Teacher (Contract-Based)
• Number of Openings: 1
• Primary Responsibilities:
1. Teaching courses related to English language and literature
2. Participating in curriculum development and instructional reform
3. Fulfilling other teaching-related duties as assigned by the university
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
• Must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and respect its social system
• Must demonstrate a high standard of professional ethics and integrity, with no adverse professional record
• Must be in good physical and mental health and able to meet the requirements of the position
Professional Requirements
• Age: Preferably under 55 years old (born after January 1, 1969); candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered up to age 60
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in education, linguistics, or related fields are preferred
• Language Proficiency:
1. Native English speaker
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation
• Experience: At least two years of English teaching experience; a reference letter from a previous employer is required
Compensation and Benefits
Salary
• Monthly salary: RMB 8,000 – 12,000 (pre-tax), determined based on academic background, professional qualifications, and teaching performance. Paid in full on a monthly basis.
