Educational Background
You are required to possess a bachelor degree or above with a strong academic subject background such as drama, math, physics, chemistry and computer science etc.
Credentials
If you want to be an English teacher you must have the qualifications of teaching English certificate as teaching English as a second language such as TESOL, TEFOL, and Cambridge CELTA.
If you want to be a teacher in other subject, then you must have the qualifications of teaching such subjects.

Working Experience and Ability:
Foreign teachers should have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in teaching relevant subjects in China.

Attitude:
Foreign teachers should have the ability to work collaboratively in a teaching environment.
Foreign teachers should be willing to take up the challenge with passion and commitment and not be afraid of hard work.
Foreign teachers should support the mission and the development of the school and being culturally receptive.
