Winner Education is looking for an exceptional ESL kids teacher in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. The ESL teacher will oversee all academic operations within their assigned Language Learning Center. The ESL teacher manages all students and teaching assistants within their Center, ensuring staff retention, ongoing development, and ensuring consistent excellence in program delivery for learners aged 3-15.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in education
Internationally recognized TEFL or TESOL certification
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven success in being a team player, self-performance management and interaction
A passion for educating young learners, with a focus on delivering measurable results
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment, flexible to change and able to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated success in delivering high quality customer service
Professionalism in oral and written communications
English language fluency including, but not limited to: proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, and proper use of adjectives and adverbs
Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm
Resourceful, self-motivated, with creative problem solving skills
Ability to commit to a 12 month or more contract in China
