English teacher needed in Shanghai

Positions: English teachers

Responsibilities:
1.To be responsible for the routine work of English teaching : Creating lesson plans based on students’ English levels，finding resources, teaching and grading, ensuring an orderly classroom, assessing students etc.
2.To help students with their English learning , encouraging students to speak English in class, arousing their interest in learning English and improving their proficiency in English.
3.To participate in activities of the school such as assembly, performances and teaching demonstrations etc.

Qualifications:
1.University graduates with degree of bachelor or master, teacher qualification in priority.
2.At least 2 years teaching experience or certificate of TEFEL/CELTA.
3.Experienced in teaching, comfortable working with students of different levels. Great English speaking and writing skills, ability to pass a background check and great interpersonal skills.
4.Native English speaker from Britain, US, New Zealand , Canada or some other countries.

Salary and welfare:
1, 250~300k/year.
