Job Title:​ Foreign English Teacher – Up to 24.5K/Month | Young Learners (2.5–15)
Location:​ Shenzhen
Schedule:​ 5 days/week, 2 weekdays off | 40h/week

The Role
Leading training center delivering high‑quality English education to children aged 2.5–15. We follow a proven teaching system focused on engagement, progress, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
Deliver demo and regular classes following our curriculum
Track student progress, conduct assessments, and communicate with parents
Participate in training, events, and R&D activities
Maintain records and follow teaching service SOPs

Requirements
Native English speaker (UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Ireland, South Africa)
Bachelor's degree + TEFL/TESOL/CELTA
2+ years full‑time teaching experience with young learners (ages 2–18)
⚠️ VISA REQUIREMENT:​ Must provide 2 years of original, signed reference letters on company letterhead from previous employers. This is mandatory for Chinese work permit — no exceptions. Candidates without reference letters will not be considered.
Energetic, patient, loves working with kids
Available for weekends and peak seasons (June–Aug, Jan–Feb)

Compensation & Benefits
20–24.5K RMB/month (based on experience)
