We are currently looking for Native English Speakers with Teaching Experience! (Guangzhou)

Windom English Guangzhou is seeking full-time International Teachers!

We specialize in teaching children from ages 3 to 14, utilizing our proprietary curriculum, which includes textbooks, flashcards, CDs, songs, interactive games, etc. All classes will have at least one local Teaching Assistant and class size will be10 students.

Our Offer:
~40 office hours including 16-24 teaching hours per week

Job Requirements:
~ Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia or South Africa
~ Bachelor's degree & ESL Certificate
~ TEFL, TESL or equivalent certifications
~ Good command of storytelling in English
~ Available to work evening hours and work on weekends
~ One-year of contract with Wisdom English
~Teaching experience at other English centers would be a plus
~Initial training and orientation is required before teaching
~Must be caring and patient and enjoy working with young learners

Responsibilities:
1. Teach oral English to kids age 3-14
2. Lead Demo classes for potential new students
3. Chinese and foreign teachers have an equal share of the teaching responsibilities.
4. Both teachers have equal status and are expected to coordinate their lesson plans and discuss student progress and performance prior to class
