Job Responsibilities:
- Support on coordinating the HR process including recruitment, onboarding and exit, etc.
- Call candidate for interviews, send interview invitation to candidates, send Job Application Forms, keep warm of candidates, send thanks letters, collecting required on-boarding documents, acknowledge on employee handbooks, collecting back access cards, cabinet keys, filing exit checklist and other administrative work.
- Documents filing and preparing, including collect docs, scan, save docs and track lacking files for employee personal files and some non-confidential docs.
- Assist foreign expats for visa application to consult the exit & entry process.
- Employee Commercial Insurance: Employee Q&A, deal with insurance company commissioner, insurance docs arrangements.
- Other ad-hoc tasks support and assistance.
Requirements:
MUST:
- Previous internship working experience in HR or admin department.
- Can work at least 3 days per week, longer than 3 months preferred.
- English level - speaking and writing - very good, Mandarin is a plus but not a must.
- Familiar with Microsoft Software (Word, Excel etc.)
- Time management skills.
- Responsible and self-motivated.
PREFERRED:
- Possible HR-related background or experience.
- Experience working in foreign companies and working as HR/admin assistant intern.
- Quick learn ability & high adaptability.
