Job Description
Role:
This position will work and function under the HR team but will work closely with the Academic team, GoGlobal, AHSP teachers, and partner schools to ensure teacher success. The primary purpose is to support communication between departments.

Responsibilities:
•Participate in the development of Human Relations policies to meet organizational needs.
•Accountable for creating, fostering, managing, and affecting an environment of positive employee relations which drives engagement and inclusion.
•Coordinates with directors and principals to provide guidance on and reviews responses to grievances filed by employees.
•Proactively develop people strategies that attract, retain and develop the teachers that will drive results in the classroom.
•Support the values and policies of the organization.
•Act as an intermediary to communicate hiring needs of the Academic team and hiring team.
•Assists in recruiting when required
•Follows up with both candidate and school to ensure successful start and check-in during first week
•Work closely with HR and Academic team to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements and ensure that job descriptions are updated.
•Works with Academic deans to schedule subject interviews.
•Provide information on company operations to potential applicant
•Communicate Academic team’s direction to hiring
•Manage the final steps in the hiring process including; manage communications and the visa process until the date of arrival.
•Provide appropriate communication to candidates who were not selected for hire.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or above
•At least 2 years at HR position.
•Fluency in Chinese

•Detail-oriented and well organized, have strong sense of integrity and work ethic, committed to results
•Able to stand up in mixed group audience and facilitate workshops (strong organizational development and presentation skills)
•Demonstrated people leadership and interpersonal skills
•Maturity; ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
