We are currently seeking an foreign internal audit manager for a big financial group.
Job Duties
 To supervise , inspect and evaluate the program compliance as well as the

effectiveness of risk management and internal control system inside the group

itself and its subsidiaries;

 To be responsible for the organization of hiring auditors outside to assist external

auditing work;

 To assist the board of supervisors to supervise and assess the due diligence level
of directors and senior management personnel and other related personnel;

 To discipline violations of corporate charter and guidance, identify the liability

criteria and punishment management system, proposing opinions or suggestions

for major problems found in the audit process and those who shall be responsible

for the losses.


Qualifications/Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree or above in finance, investment, economy or a related discipline;

 6 years of solid experience at audit institutions, commercial banks, investment

banks, VC/PE and other financial institutions related and experience working in China;

 Certain language skills in Chinese, sound culture understanding preferred;

 Relevant certification (such as Chinese CPA、ACCA、CGA) would be a plus;

 Expertise in financial investment and strong analytical skills in macro economy ,
industry and listed companies, with keen insight and good capability of risk

control;

 Work and share across team with strong innovation and risk awareness as well as

good command of communication skills , team spirit and plan execution ability;

 Professional ethics and responsible, law-abiding, honest and upright.
