Recruitment of Foreign Principal for Shanghai International School in August 2025

Recruitment Target: Foreign Principal

Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above. Have a passion for international education and at least 2-3 years of teaching experience in international high schools, 3 years of teaching management, principal (including director) or student management experience in international schools or international departments. Those with overseas international school management experience are preferred.
2. Understand the development trends of international education, possess advanced educational concepts and strong academic research and teaching capabilities. Be able to establish and improve the school's teaching management system, curriculum development and evaluation system. Proficient in and familiar with international courses.
3. Have strong leadership in courses, creativity, expansion ability, as well as judgment, decision-making, planning and execution capabilities.
4. Have good communication, coordination, organization and team-building abilities.
5. Have fluent expression, writing and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the overall management and construction of the school, ensuring the healthy growth of the department and the healthy development of teachers and students;
2. Be responsible for the connection between school education and teaching, focusing on areas such as curriculum development, academic research progress, and quality control of teaching; keep pace with the times to optimize teaching methods and learning methods;
3. Be responsible for the cultivation of the teaching staff from both domestic and foreign sides, enhancing the quality of the school's cultural brand;
4. Be responsible for the exchange, learning, competitions, etc. among teachers and students between schools;
5. Assist in coordinating the relevant work among functional departments, and track and supervise important tasks.
