Location: Pudong Area, Shanghai
Target: Kindergarten students
Salary: 28,000-32,000 RMB/mth (after taxes) based on qualificaiton and previous experiences
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:40am - 4:20pm
Bonus: 10,000 RMB airfare (paid at the end of the contract paid upon completion of the contract)
Vacation: Approx summer and winter vacations plus 11 Chinese National holidays - ALL VACATIONS ARE FULLY PAID
Meals: School lunch provided
Insurance: Ping An medical insurance

Requirements:
- At least 5 years management experience in bilingual/international kindergarten
- Bachelor of Education or first degree from a recognized university or
college with an accompanying Postgraduate Certificate in Education (or equivalent)
- Strong responsibility and leadership skills
- Good communication with parents
- Familiar with the marketing and admission
- EYFS & IBPYP teaching/managing experience preferred

Position Overview:
Support Principal with the overall management of Shangde Kindergarten and providing support for foreign teachers in three kindergartens in Shanghai and four kindergartens in other places.
Referencing the concept of the International Preschool Programme, through curriculum teaching, teacher training and management, ensure that the kindergarten provides high-quality international education services.
Differentiate the curriculum syllabus according to the situation of each kindergarten. Not responsible for a whole class but teach 5 class hours per week. Courses can cover STEM, physical education or inquiry courses.
Actively support activities such as English Culture Festival, levelled reading activities and curriculum exhibitions.
Additionally, provide support for various types of enrollment activities.
Report directly to the general principal together with the general curriculum coordinator.
