Job Description
-Location: wherever you are 
-Working time: flexible 
-be responsible for the recruitment of ESL teachers(find the requirements of ESL teachers as below)
-to collect the useful information of possible candidates
-report to FT department supervisor every week about the recruitment details
-be responsible for the local propaganda of Nanjing Studio English Classroom
Requirements of ESL teachers
1.Speaks English at an idiomatic level (according to the government policy, the ESL teachers shall be from the native English speaking country) 
2.A notarized Bachelor’s Degree or above
3.120 hour TEFL certificate (two-year experience equals TEFL or 2 years post graduate certificate) or other teaching qualification (or willing to obtain one) 
4.Must be able to obtain a clear background check
5.The ability to live abroad for at least one year
6.Physically fit and in good health
7.Fluent in English without strong accent
8.Positive attitude, reliable and be able to work in a dynamic environment
