任职要求：
--外籍人士，来自母语国家（美国，英国，加拿大或澳大利亚,新西兰），本科及以上学历，
年龄在25-45岁，男女不限，形象气质良好，电脑操作熟练；
--持工作签证，3年以上英语培训行业教学经验，具有TESOL资格证者优先；懂中文者优先
--有商务英语口语或雅思口语教学经验者优先；
-- 擅长相应阶段的英语教学；
-- 具有良好的授课技巧和沟通方式，保证授课质量。
主要职责：
--根据教学计划，教授英语课程，做好授课计划和准备，并完成教案的编写；
-- 协助管理学员级别测试；
-- 根据学员反馈和测评调研，及时进行课程改进；
-- 全程跟踪学员学习，及时反馈学生意见；
-- 与学员建立良好的沟通，维系好学员关系；
-- 协助中心的各类教学活动、营销推广活动；
-- 协助处理学员投诉；
-- 与各部门积极配合，保证中心各项工作顺利开展。

Job Description:
Nativel English speaker from US, UK, Canada or Australia;
Aged from 25l to 45;
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate preferred;l
Having atl least 3 years of teaching experience in Business English or IELTS;
Being ablel to communicate with others in Chinese;
Beingl familiar with one-to-one teaching scenario.
