Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate interviews for potential foreign staff
2. Prepare contracts for new foreign staff (includes drafting, approval, release)
3. Coordinate and facilitate contract singing and contract renewals
4.Coordinate the arrival of new foreign staff (airport pick up, hotel)
5. Regularly update, prepare and deliver welcome pack for new foreign staff
6.Assist in locating suitable housing for new foreign staff
7. Coordinate salary/benefit change after completion of probation (insurance, salary)
8. Keep all foreign staff well informed of policy changes
9 Respond to all incoming HR related inquiries from foreign teachers and staff
10. Coordinate visa and residence permit applicant and renewals
11. Coordinate insurance for foreign staff (new members, renewal, removal, reimbursement)
12. Coordinate foreign teacher and staff transfer
13.Coordinate end of contract procedures and requirements (airport pick up, hotel)
14. Prepare dismissal letter for teachers who have failed evaluation
15. Assist in planning and execution of foreign teacher and staff events
16. Update and maintain Foreign Teacher Management Rule
17. Assist in translating documents when necessary
18.Other duties that arise in line and related to the above duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1.Fluent English,CET-6 or above
2.Good communication skills (oral and written)
3.Mature and positive attitude
