JOB SUMMARY:
According to the company's strategic plan - develop after-school business and improve the quality and influence of foreign teachers' oral English class. The company has adjusted its organizational structure and added a post of foreign teacher supervisor, mainly cooperating with the company in the formulation and implementation of teaching, curriculum optimization, teaching management, quality assessment, teacher training, academic research and development and other related work..
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for curriculum design and final check, also ensure the school ’ s overall
academic plan, quality and criteria fulfillment.
2.Optimize course management, such as making PPT, etc
3.Manage the company's foreign teachers (both full-time and part-time) and evaluate
the teaching quality of full-time and part-time foreign teachers.Focus on teaching
results, foreign academic director should urge foreign teachers to optimize
their teaching and improve their teaching outcomes.
4.Recruit and train new foreign teachers for the company.
5.Help the company to establish and improve the teaching management methods and teaching quality evaluation system of international courses. Helping foreign employees fully understand the regulations of company.
6.Other supports on teaching and research.Complete other tasks supervisor demands
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Bachelor degree or above
Experience:2 years or more of working experience of academic management in international education.
Capabilities:
1.Strong ability in organization and communication.
2.Strong ability in pressure resistance. Good ability in judgement and dare to take responsibilities.
3.High dedication in international education.
4.Familiar with international education in China.
Location:Zhuji Zhejiang province
