Lucky International English Center (LIEC) belongs to the LearnOn Education Group, which was founded in January 2001. LearnOn Education Group is a comprehensive education institution which centers on both language education and skills training, offering four comprehensive training programs including practical English, Japanese, vocational skills training, and business management training to facilitate the achievement of higher professional qualifications. Besides these four comprehensive programs, LearnOn Education Group provides stenography and business management consulting services.

LIEC, presented by LearnOn Education Group with honors, is one of the leading adult English training schools in Tianjin, China. Currently LIEC consists of 5 centers located in Tianjin and 1 center in Dalian. As LIEC is in the process of expansion, it will have 2 centers open in Tangshan and Taiyuan respectively by the end of 2011. Currently we have over a thousand registered students in all centers. We have been providing corporate training programs for state-owned enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises such as Standard Chartered, Lishen Battery etc…

Faculty:
Among all our teachers in LIEC centers, 55% are foreign teachers and 45% are Chinese tutors. All the foreign teachers come from the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand with English as native language. Each foreign teacher holds a Bachelor and 20% of the foreign teachers hold a Master Degree. 50% of the foreign teachers have 2-4 year teaching experience; 21% have 5 to 10 years experience; and 6% have over 10 years’ teaching experience and the other 6% have over 20 years teaching experience. All Chinese tutors hold a Bachelor degree or higher, among which 25% have a Master degree. 38% of the Chinese tutors graduated from reputed universities in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Sweden.

The Curriculum and Extra-curricular Activities
LIEC innovatively creates the Four-Dimensional Natural Learning Method of “Watch, Learn, Practice and Perform”. LIEC offers an English language environment in which students feel like they are in an immersion program. “Chinglish” is corrected by means of having all courses taught by foreign teachers and by adopting the “Custom Study Time” method. LIEC also offers private bilingual tutoring service as well as interactive simulations of various western cultural, entertainment and social activities. The R&D team is made up of professionals of varying backgrounds which allows for out-of-the-box thinking. The R&D team is responsible for introducing the latest in methodologies and materials. LIEC’s materials is constantly being tweaked and updated.


As LIEC is expanding, we are looking for professional English teachers for Tianjin, Qingdao, Jinan, Tangshan and Taiyuan.

Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher
2.Be under 58 years old and in good health
3.Formal teaching certificate is desirable but not necessary
4.CELTA, TESOL or TEFL is a plus.
5.At lease 2-years previous teaching experience
6.Ability to develop courses individually
7.Good communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching
8.Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
