Job responsibility:
Develop and maintain overseas clients via B2B platforms, exhibitions, social media and customer referrals.
Handle the whole sales process: inquiry reply, quotation, sample arrangement, order negotiation, contract signing and shipment follow-up.
Track market trends of pet supplies, analyze competitor products, and propose optimized sales plans.
Communicate with factory production teams to confirm OEM & ODM customization requirements for pet toys, catnip products, pet daily supplies.
Manage after-sales issues including logistics, quality feedback and claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
Complete monthly and annual sales targets, expand new markets and stable distributors globally.
Job requirement:
Fluent oral and written English, able to communicate independently with foreign customers.
Relevant foreign trade sales experience, familiar with pet supplies industry is preferred.
Familiar with international trade procedures, incoterms, customs declaration and document preparation.
Strong communication, negotiation skills and customer service awareness.
Female foreign sales are preferred
