INTRODUCTION TO IEUSA
Established in April 2012, International Education U.S.A. (IEUSA) is committed to provide a platform for study and communication between the students from U.S.A. and China.
Led by US high school management team, all the subjects in IEUSA are taught by professional teams from both overseas and High School Affiliated to Fudan University. We provide original American high school curriculum connecting to SAT/AP courses and the latest teaching resources and methodologies.
As an exchange base for international students, IEUSA receive foreign students from US, UK and Australia regularly. Those students will also learn Chinese and its culture when they are taking original lessons with our local students.

1. Job Title : Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
？ Organize and manage the administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of an educational institution.
？ Work in areas such as admissions, quality assurance, data management examinations, finance, careers or human resources.

Candidate qualifications:
？ Native English speaker
？ Master or above degree of Education or related major is required, teacher’s license, TESOL certificate holder is desirable;
？ Minimum 2 years of experience in t full-time schooling, respectively, in an education-related field, plus relevant experience, like teaching or educational administration. Experience of an academic dean or principal of a secondary school in American is preferred
？ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
？ Open mind to multicultural


WORK ACTIVITES
1) School Management
？ Servicing committees including academic boards, governing bodies and task groups;
？ Providing administrative support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors or teachers;
？ Liaising with partner institutions, other institutions, external agencies, government departments and prospective students;
？ Organizing and facilitating a variety of educational or social activities
Conduct or participate in workshops, committees, and conferences designed to support intellectual, social, and physical welfare of students. It should be understood that you may work during school holidays on occasions.

2) Curriculum
？ Oversee the ‘student lifecycle’ starting from their registration or admission to the end of graduation or leaving.
？ Giving proper administrative support to the academic team of lecturers, teachers or tutors
？ Drafting and interpreting regulations and dealing with queries and complaints procedures.
？ Coordinating examination and assessment processes;
？ Maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures;

3) Financial management
？ Using information systems and preparing reports and statistics for internal and external use;
？ Participating in the development of future information systems;
？ Contributing to policy and planning;
？ Managing budgets and ensuring financial systems are followed;
？ Purchasing goods and equipment, as required, and processing invoices;

4) Management of Staff
？ Supervising staff
？ Liaising with other administrative staff, academic colleagues and students;
？ Assisting with recruitment, public or alumni relations and marketing activities;
？ Administering the ‘student lifecycle’ from registration or admission to graduation or leaving;

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
1. Salary
Your Salary package will be:
Base salary: RMB 20000 (including tax) per month
Allowance: RMB 5000 per month
Other entitlements

？ You are entitled to 1500 USD air flight annually
？ Your pay day is on the 20th of each month.

2. Job Title: ESL and Literature English teacher (Year 7 / Year 8, middle school)
Number of teachers needed: 1-2
Starting: November 2013
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker.
2. Bachelor or above degree is required, TEFL, ESL, TESOL certificate holder is desirable （at least 120 hours training）.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Teaching English as a Second Language , EAP or literature in English.
4. Be interested in teaching with a good sense of humor and passion.
5. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and open mind to multicultural environment.
6. Be flexible, reliable and responsive to the needs of the organization. Be action orientated and full of energy, enjoys working hard.
7. At least 1 year commitment, need stable teachers.

Conditions of employment/ Compensation:
- 1 year contract.
- The monthly salary starts at 12000 RMB per month.
- Accommodation allowance 3,000 RMB.
- 4 week paid leave for 1 year contract.

Job Description:
- Monday to Friday Maximum 20 teaching hours (45 minutes per class) per week for the International USA program
- To teach English language/literature (American Curriculum ) to Chinese students (15 years old to 17 years old), small size class
- Organize English Corner in the assigned school
- Work effectively with SBETC to achieve course outcomes in assigned school
- Deliver high quality lessons, strictly adhering to the curriculum and course outline
- Prepare for each lesson in advance and maintain accurate records (lesson plans/student marks/ attendance etc.) as directed by SBETC
- Provide feedback on academic progress to students/parents when requested.
- Maintain teaching resources in clean and usable order and keep all items securely stored
