[Job Responsibilities]
1. Create original footwear designs aligned with global trends and market analysis
2. Source and evaluate materials/accessories for design implementation
3. Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility
4. Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned

[Job Requirements]
1. One female shoe designer from Italy or Europe, 3+ years in women's footwear design (luxury brand experience preferred)
2.Expertise in hand sketching & digital tools (AI/PS/CorelDRAW)
3. Strong color sensibility and trend forecasting ability
4. In-depth knowledge of footwear engineering and material innovation
5. International work experience is a plus
