职位描述：
岗位职责（responsibilities）：
1、完成英语教学任务
Teach the classes assigned, that is 16-18 classes(45mins per class) a week
2、配合教学主管做教学教研。
Coordinate with the supervisor to finish teaching and researching
3、课上课下都可以为学生提供学习建议和协助
Provide advice and assistance to students, in and out of the classroom.

任职要求（requirements）：
1、英语为母语外籍教师，（美国、英国、加拿大人士优先）,口语标准、地道；较强的读写能力；
Native English speaker, American, British, Canadian preferred, Standard oral English, strong literacy;
2、一年年以上英语教学经验和兴趣
At least one year’s Experience and strong passion in teaching English for college students.
3、拥有学士或以上学位 (有ESL, TEFL或TESOL资格证书者优先)
Bachelor's degree or above. ESL, TEFL,TESOL certificate holder is preferred;
4、热爱教学事业，对待教学持有耐心,认真的工作态度,具有团队合作精神。
Love teaching career, have patience and a good attitude towards teaching, and strong teamwork sprit.
5、性格开朗热情，活泼大方；形象好，具有幽默感和亲和力。
Warm and cheerful, lively and generous; Good image with a sense of humor and affinity.
6. 热爱教学事业，敬业主动，对待教学持有耐心、认真的工作态度; 具体团队合作精神；
The candidate should love teaching, be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.

Long –term cooperation intentions, highly motivated and goal orientation
