Responsibilities:
- Teaching lessons in accordance with the themes and objectives of the curriculum and teaching plan
- Teaching up to 25 classes per week;
- Doing student level placement, giving practice speaking tests and end-of-level tests;
- Work cooperatively and effectively as a team member with Chinese and other foreign staff
- Conduct classes with energy and enthusiasm, using a range of techniques such as story-telling, singing, dialogue, role-playing, and craft work in combination with formal exercises
- English language learning counseling;
- Participating in and organizing the school¡ˉs social programs and events
- Giving demo classes to potential customers to help with student recruiting;
- Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the school
- Attending all meetings scheduled in his/her working hours, where his/her presence is required;
- Other tasks assigned upon mutual agreement

Qualifications:
- Passionate about teaching
- Native English speaker
- No criminal record
- Bachelors degree or above, preferably education related
- 1+ year teaching experience with young learners is preferred
- Internationally-recognized TEFL certification (CELTA or equivalent certifications) would be a plus
- Must be able to sign a one year contract
- Creative, caring, extroverted and energetic

Other Preferential Qualification (Not Necessary):
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have an understanding of and desire to work abroad and live in a different culture
- Competency in computer use ¨C Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
