Job opening:
i. Native English teacher for primary and middle school
ii.Math/Science teacher for primary and middle school
We’re seeking suitably qualified and experienced Teachers to join our team. We offer highly competitive salary, lucrative benefits package (housing, health, paid holiday, transportation, etc), work visa, year-to-year contract (renewable by mutual agreement).
Required and Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:
1. Bachelor's Degree in related areas (required)
2. Teaching qualifications and appropriate certification/licensure (required)
3. 3+ years of relevant teaching experience (required), preferably with international school experience in China
4. Native English speaker. Ability to speak Mandarin a plus but not required
5. A positive, pro-active, reliable and collaborative nature with strong organization skills (required).
The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and has a personality reflecting the demands of the teaching profession (patience, understanding, care, etc.). He or she will possess a high level of content knowledge for their subject, have a wide repertoire of contemporary instructional strategies (including use of technology), and well-developed classroom management skills based on mutual respect.
We seek to appoint and retain teachers who demonstrate a commitment to being vocational and professional. We understand this to mean faculty who:
· are expert and specialized in their field
· are up-to-date with the research in their field
· are committed to their students and profession
· have high standards of work and professional ethics
· are prepared to contribute to the education of our students in a broad, holistic manner
