Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the construction and continuous optimization of the QC system, and continuously improve the supplier's production and quality control processes;
2. Continue to study the manufacturing process of benchmarks and competing products, and improve the layout and workflow related to technology and quality;
3. Participate in the planning and execution of project plans, be task- and project-oriented, and actively participate in company management to discover opportunities and risks and give suggestions;
4. Based on the company's strategy, responsible for planning the formulation and review of relevant plans for cooperative factories, and participating in the review and improvement of relevant documents and parameters;
5. Investigate and analyze the reasons for customer complaints and improve them.
job requirements:
1. College degree or above, rich experience can be relaxed appropriately, fluent English is added;
2. 10 years or above working experience in furniture foreign trade company QC, 3 years or above team management experience (scale of more than 10 people);
3. Familiar with the manufacturing process and relevant standards of large furniture, and master quality control methods;
4. Have strong communication and coordination skills, team management skills, and goal orientation.
