Job Responsibilities:
1. Assistance in the entire process of registering a national company in Kazakhstan (including government coordination, legal compliance, and localized operations);
2. Building a business bridge between China and Kazakhstan (maintaining key institutional relationships such as local mining associations and chambers of commerce in Kazakhstan);
3. Strategic Procurement Management
(1) Develop a procurement strategy for mineral raw materials in Central Asia (with Kazakhstan as the core) and lead the implementation of the annual procurement plan;
(2) Establish diversified supply channels to ensure stable supply of raw materials such as monazite, tantalum niobium, zirconium titanium, tin, tungsten, etc;
(3) Real time understanding of mineral policy changes and market information analysis in Kazakhstan region;
4. Cross border business operations
(1) Lead bilingual business negotiations between China and Kazakhstan, and control trade terms such as FOB/CIF;
(2) Coordinate the entire process of cross-border logistics, customs clearance, and foreign exchange settlement;
(3) Supplier management, regularly evaluating and analyzing cooperative enterprises; (4) Develop emergency plans for geopolitical risks;
5. Other administrative tasks arranged by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Kazakhstani residents in China, proficient in Chinese and familiar with Central Asian regions such as Kazakhstan;
2. Very familiar with the mineral industry, with networking resources and knowledge of local laws;
3. Mining engineering, international trade, or Russian related majors are preferred.
