Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, proficient in English for simple dialogue and written communication with customers, fluent in Mandarin.
2. Skilled in operating Alibaba international platform and other foreign trade information resource platforms, mined new customers through various resource platforms, and understood customers' needs for relevant products.
3. Handled customer inquiries in a timely manner, explained product performance, characteristics and advantages to customers, established good cooperative relationship with customers, and promoted orders.
