Job Description:

1. Report to General Foreman
2. Responsible for Monitoring and follow site progress
3. Coordinate and inspection of all trade sequence of works
4. Quality, setting out, workmanship checking according to specification
5. Coordinate and inspection of all trade sequence of works
6. Checking of material quantity
7. Responsible for concrete, reinforcement and miscellaneous material ordering
8. Supervise direct labours for site and safety works
9. Responsible for inspection of quality and quantity of works and coordinate with subcontractor for remedial works

Requirements:

• DSE (5 pass) inc. Chinese, Eng. & Maths
• 5 years’ experience in construction field
• TCP(1), safety supervisor, signalman
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Stable, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Command of spoken and written Cantonese
