The Job

• Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
• Position: Forensic Planner – Construction (HK$ 1Mil p.a.)
• Responsibilities:
• Drive project delivery of major construction projects
• Assist with dispute resolution services, delay and disruption analysis
• Conduct claim research and present compelling information relating to EOT claims
• Provide accurate reports in clients' meeting and internal meetings
• Salary: $ 1Mil p.a., bonus, medical

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Construction related disciplines
• 5-10 years’ experience in planning and delay analysis with civil, infrastructure and/or MTR building projects desirable
• Knowledge of contract entitlement to extension of time
• Good knowledge of contract conditions and law within the Construction Industry
• Good working knowledge of a variety of planning software (e.g. P6, Powerproject)
• Good command in English. Cantonese speaking is an added advantage
