GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Native English speaker (this one is a must - visa requirement), or permanent residence holder (Chinese "green card"), currently in China

* Bachelor degree or above, and recognized teaching qualification certificate (e.g. TESOL)

* Two years' experience as a class teacher or teacher of English (early-childhood education background preferred)

* Able to provide legalized proof of no criminal record

* Good health, energetic, open-minded, patient, love and feel comfortable working with young children

* Strong class and behavioral management skills, experience teaching mixed-ability classes

* Display the highest standards of professionalism and demonstrate excellence in class, a passion for maximizing students' learning and skills development, a commitment to taking a full and active role in the organization
