DESCRIPTION

The rapid growth of TDK's product diversity and volume has resulted in the need of Foundry engineer - Staff, within the Foundry Operations Group. Will have broad responsibilities which include:

• Lead introduction of next generation flagship products.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with foundry partners.
• Responsible for taking new generation of products from engineering to high volume production. Set up initial wafer sort specifications based on statistical analysis of development lots to ensure six sigma manufacturability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Broad experience with semiconductor and MEMS processing ideally in both fab and fabless organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of driving yield improvements of emerging technologies to ppm level
• Highly experienced with statistical techniques like multi-variate data modeling, SPC, DOE
• Cross-functional team player with good english speaking and writing skills. Clear communicator with good presentation skills.
• Experience with MEMS sensors
