This job is to work with external silicon foundry suppliers and Intel various organizations to enable Intel outsourced products manufacturing to the most advanced process technologies.The responsibilities cover both new product introduction (NPI) engineering and risk production ramping including technical program management, fab process window characterization and optimization, devices eTest analysis and optimization, and yield analysis and improvements.It is a job giving you opportunities to be involved in the semiconductor industry ecosystem and directly work with Intel business units for Intel's market expansion.The Product Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to:Assist product Tape-Out process Define new product wafer start plan to cover process variation and execute per the plan.Define skew corners and device targets per product design and deliver Si meeting requirementsPerform design of experiments (DOE) to validate and qual Si process improvement.Monitor advanced Si Fab process and etest performance, drive suppliers for continuous improvement.Perform etest analysis and optimize devices to improve product performance, power, and yield.Low yield analysis, product yield improvement, and meet yield targetsLead Task Forces or working groups for yield improvement activities or excursion management.Collaborate with cross functional teams from design, product development engineering, sort/testing, quality and reliability, assembly and test, planning, operations, etc.A successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong knowledge on device physics, cutting edge process technologies and their challenges; yield analysis and improvement methodologies.Project management experience with leadership skills.Be able to deep dive into technical challenges, clear logic thinking and creative problem solving.Good verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, Good team playerStrong skills in data analysis tools like excel, JMP, Python etc.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in CS, EE, CE or similar STEM degree
7+ years of work experience in one or more of the following: 

• Si fab processing
• Device development,
• Yield analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, or equivalent engineering field of study
