Fracture Liaison Service Senior Associate

Requirements

• University Degree in a Life Sciences/Health or Administrative discipline (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Business Mngt., Marketing)
• High level English Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial promoting Hospital Pharmaceutical products
• Knowledge and experience in Osteoporosis treatment
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican healthcare environment and systems
• Proficient in doing scientific/promotional presentations
• POA/key account planning
• Demonstrated track record of working with objectives and achieving them
• History of working in complex and cross-functional teams
• History of working in innovative and/or multinational companies
• Able to analyze hard data and manage complex information
• Experience in computer systems (high ability with OFFICE)

Responsibilities

• Build a repository of best practices and tool kits and resources to deliver a tailored offer for Hospitals and Institutions to ensure that no patients with fracture remains unassessed for additional fracture risk and un treated
• Design an strategic-investment mid-long term plan.
• Identify and apply the strategic interactions / influencers into the key account
• Build strategic plans and alliances with hospitals and institutions to promote/educating customers on osteoporosis and post fracture care awareness.
• Organize interactions with district managers/sales rep, Product Manager, KAMs and share common objectives and information
• Support the development and dissemination of educational materials, tools and expertise among Key stakeholders.
• Ensure meetings with business partners (medical, marketing) to reach objectives
• Contribute to the development of the marketing/commercial strategy
• Serve as strategic partner with brand team and align with top brand priorities
• Demonstrates an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate.
• Prepare and execute Monthly work plan
• Build relationships with identified stakeholders
• Follow-up on KPI´s and effectiveness
